This new SUPPER dish is a culinary journey to the mountains of Nepal. Introducing a delicious traditional Nepalese dumpling, soft and full of flavour, served in a spicy sesame and tomato curry soup known as Jhol Achar. This heart-warming combination of tender dumplings and spicy, aromatic soup is perfect for colder days or rainy evenings. Ingredients

Dumpling filling 14%: chestnut mushroom, eggplant, pointed cabbage, chickpeas (chickpeas, water, salt, ascorbic acid), carrot, tomato, rapeseed oil, roasted paprika (paprika, vinegar, sugar, salt, calcium chloride E509), coconut cream (coconut extract , xanthan gum E415, guar gum E412), SESAME paste , tomato puree, leek, SOY sauce (water, SOY beans, WHEAT, salt), shallot, garlic, ginger root, red pepper, modified corn starch, sea salt, herbs and spices. Dumpling dough 8%: WHEATflour, water, sea salt, rapeseed oil, color concentrate (maltodextrin, beetroot, carrot, citric acid, ascorbic acid ), yeast (inactivated)  Soup 78%: water, strained tomatoes (tomatoes 99.6%, salt, citric acid), shallot, rapeseed oil, SESAME paste, lemon juice (lemon juice, metabiSULPHITE), BUTTER, ginger root, fresh coriander, cumin seeds, sea salt, granulated sugar, garlic, turmeric, binder (mod. corn starch, guar gum), herbs and spices.
