Our braised beef is gently cooked in a mushroom stock until it’s transformed into a tender, succulent, fall-of-the-bone masterpiece. Doused in a rich and dark sauce made of the stock andchuncky chestnut mushrooms.This dish is served with a creamy celeriac puree, roasted sweet potato and our sweet red cabbage
