Ossobuco, slow cooked veal shank with our modern take on the traditional Millanese dish. We add roasted yellow peppers and romanesco to ‘nanna’s pappardelle’. Romanesco is the funky green cousin of the well-known cauliflower.

Tip: Finish the dish with a squeeze of lemon juice and don’t be greety with the olive oil
